Bride and Groom

At the end of March, Jill from Cardinal Colours  organised a two day crop at a local hall.  It was a lovely weekend and some of the design team from Scrapology also organised optional classes.  I decided to do the Sweet Nothings class with Lynn Cooper.

I now have another beautiful layout for my wedding album

The paper was Kaisercraft Sweet Nothings and the title was done with Woodware Chippies painted with acrylic paint and crackle medium.  The beautiful flowers and butterfly had been crocheted by Lynn and we further embellished them with felt, ribbons and pearls.

Paper roses, pearls on wire and leaves were then added to the flower cluster for further embellishment.

Thank you Lynn for such a lovely page - I love it and have made it the title page for my wedding album.

  1. Beautiful layout and I love the crochet details. So pretty....

  2. Such a pretty page Karen - I can't believe how young Richard looks in this photo!

  3. Another beautiful layout Karen, your album must be looking fantastic with all your wonderful layouts in it. Super class wasn't it. xx

  4. Karen this is gorgeous! I especially love the crocheted embellishments, they look amazing :) A really fab LO for your album, hugs, Karen xx

  5. This was a lovely class Karen, love your version.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave me a comment, I do read all of them and they are really appreciated.

Karen xx
