Scrapology March challenge

The challenge over on Scrapology last month was G is for Glitter and to use this sketch

I did this page at the weekend at the Cardinal Colours weekend crop

Another layout for my wedding album!

I haven't a clue what brand the papers are - I bought them years ago at the Craft Barn and I think they were a French brand, they have been languishing in my pile of wedding papers for a long time!  Sadly the glitter doesn't really show up but I can assure you that all the petals and butterflies are lightly glittered with Stardust Stickles and the title (foam thickers) has been coated in a pale pink Stickles.  The blossoms are from my stash and the green swirls were die cut using a MFT die.  The journalling stamp is Prima and the vellum butterflies are Jenni Bowlin.

  1. Very pretty Karen, Thanks for taking part in the challenge.

  4. Isn't it fab when you can delve into your paper collection and use something you've had for many years! Lovely delicate layout, Karen - and great idea to Stickles the title.

  5. Lovely layout Karen, love all the shades of pink, great photo too, you havn't changed a bit.

The MCS challenge you do not need to be a kit subscriber, have a go, would love to see what you come up with.

Take care, it was lovely seeing you both again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave me a comment, I do read all of them and they are really appreciated.

Karen xx
